Roundtable Discussion

CEO Roundtable Meeting/ Industry-Academia Collaborative Forum (IACF) is a platform for holding meetings and discussions between industry representatives and the relevant agencies with the Management of the University. The views and recommendations are needed from the industries regarding the opportunities for strategic cooperation, the characteristics of graduates required in the current job market, the establishment of the relevant academic programs, networking session and the strengthening of strategic cooperation partnership research conducted by university researchers.

This program is seen to be in line with the current needs with the involvement of industry leaders who are invited to join together in the development and academic development at the University. The objectives of this program are:

To provide information on the opportunities for industries through the offering of Industrial PhD and part-time programs (in all levels of education).
To promote sharing of knowledge and facilities between industries and academia in producing dynamic and competent professionals in support of the enhancement of Malaysia’s human capital and economic growth.
To provide an exclusive session between University Management and the CEOs in leading organizations and the Human Resource Manager.
